Log in to your account and follow the steps to create your personalised storybook.

You will be asked to add your own photos and text to our storybook templates. Once you have completed all the required sections, you will be able to review your storybook and proceed to order.

You will need to add your own photos and text to the template provided.

We recommend having your chosen photos ready before you start. Please use the best-quality original images available to help achieve the best possible print result.

You do not have to complete all sections of the template, any left will be blank.

First, check that your internet connection is working and try uploading the photo again.

If a particular image continues to fail, try using the original version of the photo rather than an image that has been downloaded, edited or saved from another application.

Photos may need to be cropped or resized to fit the space provided within the storybook template.

Please check the positioning of each photo carefully and make any available adjustments before completing your storybook. The preview should be checked carefully before you place your order.

The layout and design of the storybook template are provided by us and cannot be changed.

You can personalise the designated areas of the template by adding your own photos and text.

Once an order has been submitted for printing, we may be unable to make changes to the photos, text, spelling, layout or other personalised content.

Your personalised text is printed as you have entered it, so please check all wording, spelling and punctuation carefully before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that errors in customer-supplied text will be identified or corrected before printing.

We take pride in the quality of our printed storybooks. However, the quality of printed photographs depends on the quality and resolution of the images you provide.

For the best results, use clear, high-resolution original photographs wherever possible. Images that are blurred, dark, heavily cropped or low resolution may not reproduce as clearly in print.

Please check that you have completed all of the required sections of the template, including any mandatory photo and text fields.

Please check that all required information has been entered correctly, including:

• Your name and address details
• Your telephone number and email address
• Your delivery information
• Your payment details

We aim to dispatch all storybooks within 3 weeks of the date your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. Delivery may then take up to 3-4 working days.

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the delivery carrier will provide instructions about the next steps. Depending on the carrier, this may include rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel from a designated location.

Please include your order details and a description of the problem. If the issue relates to the condition or printing of your storybook, including photographs of the problem will help us investigate it more quickly.
